Do you work with brands across Essex?

Yes, from Chelmsford and Colchester to Southend-on-Sea, Brentwood and Basildon. We're from Essex but work remotely, over video calls and Slack, so there are no in-person meetings to fit in.

What do you actually do each month?

We're an email agency, so it's everything in your email and SMS: strategy, flows, campaigns, copy and design. You approve each email, then we send it, test it and report on what it earned.

Do you work with Shopify and Klaviyo?

Yes, it's the setup we know best: Shopify for the orders, Klaviyo for email and texts. On another platform? We'll tell you on the first call whether we're the right fit.

Why an email agency over a local marketing agency?

A general marketing agency covers more channels. We do one, properly, every week: email and SMS for online brands, by people who do nothing else. Plenty of brands use both.

What's the catch with the guarantee?

It's for brands already making at least £40k a month through email, and the lift has to reach £40k a month within 30 days or you're refunded. *If you're in spam when we start, expect about six weeks of repair before those 30 days begin.

What happens after the first 30 days?

Monthly retainers can vary after the 30-day guarantee, depending on what your brand needs. We agree yours with you on the first call, before any work starts.
